- 用100°C開水，洗茶兩遍，期間快沖快出
- 以同樣100°C水溫，手法低沖，定點注水
- 首1-3泡 8-10秒出湯，其後視乎個人口味濃淡，調整浸泡時間
味道：茶品濕茶時梅子香清晰，入口茶湯甘香強而不烈，富有易武地區剛中帶柔之特色，加上兩頰收斂出色，回甘鮮明，後續梅子香與茶湯完美融合，味道非常怡人且易入口
茶韻特色：茶品柔淳回甘不霸不烈，恰到好處，令人續杯意欲不斷
茶湯口感：茶湯稠厚適中，不澀口，甘香繞口舒服
2. 產地來源
易武茶區有著悠久的產茶歷史，其年均產量也長期位於古六大茶山之首，也是著名的七子餅茶的產地。
全鎮擁有古茶樹大多集中分佈在麻黑、易武兩個村委會的各個老茶山上。從刮風寨到麻黑村，一個又一個被茶客們予以極高評價的好茶就出自這片古老的茶區。
3. 製作工藝
普洱茶是以雲南大葉種茶樹鮮葉加工而成，需經過殺青、揉捻、曬乾等過程。茶葉採摘後以自然方式發酵，茶性較刺激，放多年後茶性會轉溫和。
