The Ariake grounds,nestled between the Yabegawa and Shiozukagawa rivers, are currently among the most popular sources for Numata Nori. This 《Ariake Jūjū Yū ①》is part of our premium \"Yū Series\" lineup.This is a \"Jūjū\" grade, which is even thicker than the standard \"Jū (=Heavy)\" grade. It offers a satisfying crispness when you bite in, while still melting gently in your mouth-one of its key charms. The rich umami and aroma unfold in layers, leaving a lingering sense of delicious happiness.
