Book a “Lace Replacement” service and we’ll replace your lace, wash and condition, restyle and have your wig looking BRAND NEW! *This service does not include lace (closure or frontal). You must purchase new lace from Amour Esthetique Extensionz, or provide your own lace.

Lace Replacement Service includes:

• Service does not include the Lace. You must add it on, or, send in your own.

Hair Selection and GuidelinesIf you wish to use Amour Esthetique Extensionz simply add all hair specs to your cart with this service. If you wish to use hair from an outside source, please fully read and follow the hair and shipping guidelines below.• The replacement lace must be the SAME size as the current lace size. Ex. 5x5Closure wigs can only be replaced with a 5x5 lace closure.• Wigs must be GENTLY used, detangled, and free of any excess dirt or debris.

Shipping Information

We will provide the shipping address via email once the service is booked.

• Please ship your CLEAN, THREAD FREE, UN-CUT, LABELED bundles using the shipping label that we will provide by email within 24 hours of purchase.• Add a note with your package specifying your full name and order # (you willreceive a confirmation email with your order # after you complete your purchase.)• Using the provided shipping label is MANDATORY. We are NOT responsiblefor the loss of items during shipment.• Shipping fees at checkout cover both the shipment to us and your completed wig return. Processing, Turnaround Time, and Delivery5-7 Business Days refers to your shipping window — Processing time begins on the next day your hair arrives in the mail. Your order will ship within your shipping window and delivery ETA will be provided by the shipping carrier.
