- PLEASE take note: This is not fully dried out beef jerky. This is KIPPERED jerky. Do not treat this like dry jerky that you can leave out at room temperture. This must be refigerated after opening.
- Kippered Jerky is a thicker, softer, moister cut and it is easier to chew... BUT the extra moisture means it will spoil faster than dry jerky. After opening it must be frozen / refrigerated.
- Comes in a 10 lb Bulk vacuumed sealed bag. Item does not need special storage while it is still vacuum sealed. After opening, it must be refrigerated or frozen.
