Sweetshop is Square Mile’s unapologetically fruit-driven flagship blend, designed to challenge traditional espresso profiles. This iteration is a 50/50 split between two exceptional components: a vibrant washed lot from 27 smallholders in San Lucas Zoquiapam (Mexico) and a honey-processed lot from the Aponte Collective (Colombia). The Mexican component, sourced via Red Beetle Coffee Lab, was selected specifically for its jammy, tropical \"Maza-fruity\" character. The Aponte lot, produced by the Inga people in Nariño, adds a lush strawberry jam sweetness and a milky texture. Together, they create a wild, complex espresso bursting with intense tropical flavors of mango, pineapple, and ripe passionfruit.
