Handpicked from the fertile soils of Tarrazú, one of Costa Rica’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions, this Caturra varietal thrives at an elevation of 1900 meters, where cooler temperatures and misty mornings create an ideal environment for slow bean development.

Through an enzyme washed process, the beans are gently refined, enhancing their vibrant character while preserving a remarkable clarity in the cup. The result is a coffee that opens with the crisp sweetness of green grape, flows into the creamy softness of vanilla, brightens with bursts of pomegranate and melon, and closes with the comforting, silky finish of milk chocolate.
