Description: Bright and silky, this light espresso from the Idido opens with sweet mandarin citrus, followed by juicy peach and a smooth honeyed finish. Delicate and refreshing, it showcases the high-elevation clarity and balanced sweetness that define Idido’s celebrated coffees.

Cherries are centrally processed using advanced sorting, controlled bioreactor fermentation, and slow, uniform drying—preserving clarity, consistency, and a vibrant regional character.

3. North Star Espresso- Rwanda Sholi

HONEY . ORANGE · RED APPLE

Description: 

Grown by member farmers of the Sholi Cooperative in Rwanda’s highland Muhanga District, this fully washed Bourbon highlights the region’s signature clarity and sweetness. Handpicked up to 2,000 metres and carefully fermented, it delivers a bright, fruit-forward cup.

As this year’s North Star Espresso (medium), expect orange and red apple up front, finished with smooth honeyed sweetness and a clean, tea-like lift.
