HOT ! Vintage ruby red poured glass beaded festoon fringe necklace with gold tone filigree panels, French or Czech or perhaps Miriam Haskell style

Vintage poured glass red bead necklace with gold tone filigree panels and chain links. The detail of the workmanship, particularly the festoon and fringe design with French poured glass beads is really gorgeous and unusual.

I have struggled to pinpoint the maker of this piece. It has components indicating French manufacture such as the poured glass beads and the pretty, clear rhinestone embellished screw clasp. These features would have been used by Louis Rousselet, but probably never in this combination. The crimped gold tone chains have been used regularly by French designer Francoise Montague but again I\'ve never seen a design like this from her. The elaborate filigree panels seem of Czech origin and American brand Miriam Haskell would have used components like these as well as these sort of beads. But again, I have never seen a design like this from Haskell. All three of these brands would have produced pieces without signatures, either all the time or during particular periods and this piece is indeed unsigned. Please do let me know if you have a theory or any knowledge on the true maker!

This is a beautiful and extremely collectable necklace in stunning colours.  It has a length of about 16 inches around the neck and is in very good vintage condition.
