With a maximum capacity of up to 6,320 BTU/H, it is designed to maintain stable cellar temperatures in spaces ranging from about 650 – 3,000 cubic feet, making it suitable for a wide variety of cellar sizes. The unit operates on 60 Hz electrical frequency, the standard in most of North and South America, ensuring compatibility with common regional electrical systems.

This ducted system is built so that the main cooling components—compressor, evaporator, fans, and controls—are housed in a single cabinet located outside the wine room, while conditioned air is delivered into the cellar through insulated ductwork. This setup keeps noisy mechanical equipment out of sight and preserves valuable storage and display space inside your wine room, helping maintain a clean aesthetic.

The D050 excels in quiet yet powerful performance, providing consistent temperature control that supports proper wine preservation. Ducted systems are self-contained units that contain the evaporator, fans, compressor, condenser, and controls. This means that installation is entirely indoors. These units can be placed outside the cellar, so the system can cool the space while remaining unseen and unheard.

The Sentinel Series ducted cooling systems have a broad range of capacities at wine cellar conditions (55-58°F/12-14°C). An optional humidifier can be installed with the ability to achieve 55-65% relative humidity.
