HOT ! 1930\'s Lilac Hammered Satin Bias Set

Lilac mauve 2 piece set with a bolero and gown. The gown and bolero are the same shade, but the bolero is regular silk satin while the gown is hammered silk satin, so the gown has a subtle texture to it, almost like the surface of water. This trumpet skirt gown features a dramatic plunging neckline with a contrasting deep purple velvet attached waist tie. There is one snap at the center of the waist, covered by the waist tie. The bolero has flutter sleeves and a couple hook-and-eye clasps. The gown features deco lines throughout, falling beautifully on the body, and the back is split with a keyhole opening secured at the top with a hook-and-eye closure. There is a modesty panel we removed but we will include it in when shipped if you\'d like to re-attach. There are some loose threads and seams that need to be restored, some snags and discolorations thoughout but the fabric is overall in great condition.
