LEAF STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Properly storing your table leaf when not in use is important to avoid damage or warping.

• Store your table leaf in a similar environment as your table. Fluctuations in temperature and humidity can cause wood to expand and contract. Avoid placing your leaf near radiators, heating vents, garages, or other rooms without climate control.


• Position your leaf flat against the ground or on a large flat surface. Avoid storing the leaf vertically as the weight of the wood itself can cause damage overtime.


• To avoid dents and scratches don’t stack anything on top of your leaf.


• Keep your leaf out of direct sunlight as this can cause fading over time.


• If using a leaf covering we recommend cloth coverings that allow your leaf to breath and adjust to changes in temperature and humidity. Avoid using plastic.
