This coffee comes from the Cauca region of Colombia, produced by Cofinet, a fourth-generation family of coffee growers (Jairo Arcila, Felipe, and Carlos). The beans are cultivated at altitudes of 1800–1900 m and come from the Castillo and Caturra varieties.
The coffee is decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane Decaf method, a natural process that preserves sweetness and aromatic complexity.
