Detailed information on 8000 Series Table
This is an 8000 Series Table, designed by Dining Table by Rud Thygesen and Johnny Sorensen for Magnus Olesen in 1981. This particular example dates to the 1980s and was produced in Denmark. It features a round top that is enameled in a medium blue, and it has a laminated beech base with three legs. Interestingly, the design utilizes no screws or dowels. The method in which the top and the legs are combined renders the piece quite strong despite its lightweight nature.
The piece measures 26.25 inches in diameter and is 27.5 inches high. There are some surface blemishes on the tabletop, and there are some scuffs on the feet. Overall, this table is in good condition. Please see photos.
