The inspired design of the Icon Dimple Tailored Chair is borrowed from a vintage race car seat. This collaborative creation by Italian-brand Kubikoff and designer Sander Mulder possesses a supremely-comfortable, highly-ergonomic body enhanced by a vibrant modern aesthetic. Its tailored shell is composed of resilient polyether foam dressed in leather, eco-leather or Melange fabric. The Icon’s crafted carpenter base is rendered in American Ashwood and finished in Natural, Stained Walnut or Stained Black. Both shell and base are carefully executed to withstand the rigors of daily residential use and intensive use in high traffic contract environments. Designer

Sander Mulder (1978), Born in 1978, he started studying design in 1996, sparked by the creativity and ingenuity he displayed as a child. It soon hit home; this would become his life long passion. His successful graduation from the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2002, resulted in the start-up of his own design studio. His work is a combination of strong lines, subtle details, innovative techniques and bold statements. Archetypes and their interpretation / acceptation by mankind are a never-ending source of inspiration.
