HOT ! Elegant Vintage 50s/60s Ginger/Tan Leather Top Handle Bag/Coin Purse By Harrods

This is an absolutely super, classic and elegant handbag in virtually pristine condition in a rich ginger/mid tan colour from Harrods of London. It looks quite unused. There are minimal scratches or scuffs to the leather, just the odd tiny mark through bad storage and noticeable on close inspection only, not at a glance (please see photos) otherwise immaculate.  The top of the frame is leather covered and where the gilt frame is exposed the gilt is still shiny and bright with no tarnish or wear. We love the curved shape of the bag and the stitched detail to the front which takes it out of the ordinary. The handle is uncreased and looks unused. The clasp is a particularly attractive one in a dark gilt, still shiny with no tarnish, ditto the handle fixings.. The inside of the handbag doesn\'t disappoint either. The lining is a pale beige watered silk effect grosgrain fabric which is immaculate, looks unused. There is a zipped pocket and two slip pockets with the Harrods name in gilt on a small leather label fixed below the zipped pocket. There is a matching grosgrain coin purse with tan leather covered frame and suede lining which is immaculate and looks unused.This is an absolutely super handbag, beautifully made and in a classic and very wearable colour, almost a ginger rather than tan and quite vibrant. It is an excellent quality, high end handbag from a sought after world renowned store. It is classic and classy and smart enough to wear anywhere and in a good size to accommodate all essentials.
