It comes with 2 4\'long bowls that hold up to 8 quarts of icing and with its Stainless steel temperature-controlled water jacket makes sure to eliminate hot spots while maintaining the perfect temperature for your icing making sure the icing does not breakdown. Lots of over-shelf space, as well as undershelf bulk storage space, will allow you to keep all your equipment and ingredients within reach to increase your efficiency. The table is equipped with heavy-duty casters and locks for quick movement.
